Why Wanda Came
When people say to you did you ever fall out with friends when you were younger or did you ever get bullied when you in school?. Yes, I did by one girl in particular called Linda Collins Aka Wanda. She was a ginger haired, nasty girl who tormented me all my primary school life. She would spread rumours, call me nasty names, dominate me. We started out "friends" but really she was using me to be her little lap dog who did everything for her. She made me alienate my other friends to hang out with her. Wanda also took some of my friends away from me.
I can remember one incident very clearly when Chloe took my friends away from me.
We were about 12 years old it was one of our friends birthday's and we were going to the local shopping centre together (I know we were wild kids back then!) there was about four of us and were deciding who was picking each other up and how were getting there. We were all super excited and happy to be going by ourselves. One girl dropped out as she couldn’t come that day . The girl's birthday was on Friday and we were discussing what we were going to do shopping, restaurants, cinema. Now Wanda was very sneaky she didn’t like the fact I wanted to go and decided only her and the birthday girl was going.
She decided she was going to have a sleepover with the birthday girl and I wasn’t going to be there.
It turns out nobody told me about the arrangements and I was heartbroken when I found out. On Monday morning, all I heard was Linda bought this ,Linda bought that. They got phone cases, hairbands and necklaces that spelt out their names and rubbed it right in my face.
Not that I am older and look back at this girl and think she wasn’t a friend she was jealous of me and my lifestyle she might have had a lot of materialistic things but for some strange reason she was always jealous of me and to this day I can't understand why. The question I what to ask
is this has this ever happened to you and have you ever looked back and how do you feel about it?
